More dirty face for Li-Lo

Sloane, please PLEASE help me figure out this orange stain that is permanently on her face. Does this not wash off? Is it that Mystic Tan stuff gone wrong? Does she not have good lighting or a mirror available when they do her make-up? Is she too cheap to hire a make-up person cause all money is for blow? So many questions...
