The girl's body is sick....she has obviously given up the Dreamgirls diet, and I say the extra few pounds are what make her fab -- and Sloane, please no thunder thigh comments from you, let's be nice to Ms. Beyonce for today. She and Jay-Z were doing a lil mini-break in Monaco last week. Must be nice.
